For use in humid environments, the HDM series axial leaded film resistors exhibit no susceptibility to corrosion and are said to be less expensive than resistors based on metal-glaze technology. From the resistance materials to special processing treatments and up to the final passivation coating, each area of the component is optimized for the best possible moisture performance. The series is available in standard mini 0.5W and mini 0.25W leaded resistor sizes and tolerances as low as 1%. Resistance values range from 1Ω to 2.2 MΩ.
