EnExpanding the AL series of thin-film, high-frequency inductors is an 0201-size component. Similar to its 0402 and 0603 siblings, the component is available in inductance values from 0.2 nH to 100 nH, dc-current ratings up to 800 mA and an SRF above 14 GHz minimum.
