Debuting as non-inductive versions of the WW series standard conformal coated, leaded wirewound resistors, the NWW series offers the same performance with the added characteristic of improved inductance. The non-inductive wound components are available in all standard WW sizes from 0.6W to 13W. A byproduct of their design is that components consist of two resistors in parallel. Because of this, the non-inductive wirewounds have an upper resistance range limit of one-half the value possible with a standard winding. Pricing, depending on size and value, ranges from $0.16 to $1.06 each for minimum quantities. STACKPOLE ELECTRONICS INC., Raleigh, NC. (888) 734-7347.
