Meeting MIL-PRF-49462, the CMH series thick film resistors provide voltage ratings from 750V to 20 kV continuous and resistance values from 330 kO to 1 GO. Maximum power ratings span 0.25W to 5W at 70°C with tolerances to ±1% and TCRs to ±100 ppm/°C. As MIL-qualified devices, the CMH series resistors are exempt from RoHS compliance, however the company offers RoHS-compliant commercial versions of the resistors under the CGH series.
