The company’s latest series metrology and laboratory ultra-high-precision Bulk Metal Z-Foil resistors feature the Z203 devices with a TCR of ± 0.5 ppm/°C maximum from +25°C to + 125°C, tolerances to 50 ppm, a load-life stability of 50 ppm at + 70°C for 10,000 hours, and a PCR of ± 5 ppm at a rated power of 0.6W at +70°C and 0.3W at +125°C. The components specify an ESD immunity up to 25,000V, a rise time of 1 ns with essentially no ringing, current noise of less than - 40 dB, thermal EMF of 0.1 µV/°C maximum, a maximum working voltage of 300V, and a voltage coefficient of less than 0.1 ppm/V.
