The NTCLE305E4xxxSB series micro-chip, negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors feature a maximum body sensing diameter of 1.6 mm and response times of = 3s in air and = 0.7 s in oil.

The NTCLE305E4xxxSB series micro-chip, negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors feature a maximum body sensing diameter of 1.6 mm and response times of ≤ 3s in air and ≤ 0.7 s in oil. They operate over a wide temperature range with accuracies of ±0.5°C from +25°C to +85°C and ±1°C between -40°C and +125°C. Three components in the series, the NTCLE305E4202SB, NTCLE305E4502SB, and NTCLE305E4103SB, feature R25s of 2,060Ω, 5,000Ω, and 10,000 Ω, respectively, with other values available on request.
