Qualified to AEC-Q200 Rev. C, the RCL0612 e3 and RCL1218 e3 thick-film chip resistors offer tolerances of 1 % and 5 % and a TCR of 100 ppm/K and 200 ppm/K in 0612 and 1218 case sizes, respectively. The components specify power ratings to 1W and exhibit high temperature cycle withstand abilities. Resistance values range from 1Ω to 2.2 MΩ. The resistors offer a protective over glaze and pure tin solder contacts on a Ni barrier layer for compatibility with lead-free and lead-containing soldering processes.
