Groomed for RF/microwave apps, the MK Series capacitors exhibit low ESR and high Q values combined with a wide capacitance range of 0.1 to 1,000 pF and voltage ratings of 50 to 500 Vdc. Sporting NP0 characteristics that include low loss, electrical stability, and a 0 ± 30 ppm temperature coefficient, the capacitors handle an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Available in EIA sizes 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1210 case sizes, the MK Series high temperature RF capacitors employ a 100% tin finish on their terminations.
