High-Power Caps Employ P90 Dielectric

Expanding the HQ Series MLC surface mount RF power capacitors are P90 dielectric versions for high-power and high-frequency applications. Covering 300V to 7.2 kV applications, the components feature a dielectric strength of 120% of rated WVDC. Other specs include capacitance values from 1 pF to 5,100 pF and a temperature coefficient of 0±30 ppm/ºC or 90 ± 30 ppm/ ºC over an operating temperature range from -55ºC to +125ºC.
