Qualtek's series of High Performance Low Cost, HPLC series, AC fans have been tested to IP54 and withstand harsh environmental conditions, including dust and water. With industry-leading prices, these fans are available standard with IP54, and carry no additional upcharge for this rating.
The FDA2 series HPLC AC fans feature a thermal protected external rotor capacitor-run induction motor, two ball bearing system with an available 100,000 hour bearing option, aluminum alloy frame, one piece forged steel impeller, and optional UL94V-0 plastic impeller for increased airflow. These fans are also available in an IP56 rated version for very harsh environmental conditions.
Qualtek also offers a complete range of AC and DC fans in a large variety of bearing types: 2-Ball, 1-Ball 1-Sleeve, and Sleeve, with a wide range of speeds. AC fans are available from 115 to 230VAC and sizes from 60mm to 280mm, DC fans are available from 3.3-60VDC and sizes from 20mm to 280mm with a large array of functions and special features.
