Orion Fans has strengthened its product offering with a series of standard, low-cost, heavy-duty Louvered Filter Fan Kits. The rugged Louvered Filter Fan Kits are designed for enclosure applications, preventing dust and dirt from entry and protecting fingers from fan blades.
The filter fan kits are flame resistant to UL94V-0 and are rated to IP54, IP55, IP56 and NEMA 12 protection grades when used with Orion Fans' harsh environment fans. A high foam sealing is also utilized to provide maximum protection from the elements.
The standard Louvered Filter Fan Kit consists of an AC fan, louvered fan guard, filter, metal guard and hardware. Available with and without a finger guard, the Louvered Filter Fan Kits are available for 120mm, 172mm, 225mm, 254mm and 280mm AC fans. Kits requiring DC fans are also available upon request.
The Louvered Filter Fan Kits vent with screens at a 45-degree angle to combine high airflow with high protection. Made of nylon fiber and synthetic resin, the kits filter to 8 microns. The snap-in retainer makes cleaning or replacing media quick and easy.
