The latest release of the SlickEdit code editor, SlickEdit 2007, introduces new core editing features that make power programmers more productive by reducing repetitive tasks. SlickEdit is a cross-platform, multi-language code editor that allows programmers to code in over 40 languages on eight platforms. The latest version builds on the company's 19 years of experience in enabling developers and development teams to create, navigate, modify, build, and debug code faster and more accurately.

New features include class tool, find symbol tool, preview tool, and files tool windows; XML/HTML formatting; dynamic surround; copy and paste in color; and a line ruler. The editor includes Solaris x86 support and works with Microsoft Windows Vista. Also available from SlickEdit are the SlickEdit Plug-In for Eclipse and SlickEdit Tools for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005. Free trial downloads are available at the website.
