The company's family of reference designs now includes offerings that cover both fixed WiMAX (802.16-2004) and mobile WiMAX (802.16e and WiBRO) standards. The reference designs are complete implementations of a mobile station (MS) or basestation (BS), including PHY, MAC, radio, hardware designs, and management software. The PC6520 and PC6530 basestation designs address 802.16-2004 (802.16d)/ OFDM256 and 802.16e WiBRO/OFDMA (scalable), respectively. The PC6620 subscriber station design is for 802.16-2004 (802.16d)/OFDM256 applications and the PC6630 subscriber and mobile basestation reference targets 802.16e WiBRO/OFDMA (scalable) designs.
