Designed for use with most temperature sensors, including thermocouples, RTDs, voltage, millivolt, milliamp, and potentiometric inputs requiring 4 to 20 mA linearized and isolated inputs, IPAQ Series of "intelligent in-head" and DIN rail-mount transmitters can be field configured with an easy-to-use Windows based program called IPRO. The program provides input and output configuration, custom linearization, and setting of other parameters. A SmartSense feature monitors the sensor's internal resistance and drives the output to a particular level before the sensor fails. A IPAQ-H+ version offers isolation up to 3750 vac, along with custom linearization up to 40 data pairs or eight polynomials. FM versions also are available.
