With this complete wireless-technology solution, designers should be able to keep pace with shorter product-development timelines. They gain access to a suite of software, hardware, development tools, and services that combines ease of integration with design flexibility.

Essentially, this solution lets developers pick and choose from a wide range of features and functionalities. Examples include 64-Mb NAND Flash storage, USB connectivity, Wap2.0, and xHTML. They can even select from multiple interfaces as well, such as integrated YUV cameras; MMS and picture-management applications; 262K-color LCD screens; 64-tone polyphonic ringers; and Java applications.

The solution also contains an Open MMI development tool. Open MMI is a comprehensive, Windows-based tool. It provides a quick and easy way for manufacturers to develop or customize user interfaces. Such interfaces can then be re-used on future products, reducing time to market even further.
