The Nano-Air Flow Differential Pressure Sensors from Microbridge target medical (MB-LPS2-01) and industrial HVAC (MB-LPS-01) applications. The sensors incorporate a thermal anemometer element and analog conditioning circuitry to monitor a micro-flow channel that has a very high impedance, allowing accurate sensing of low differential pressures over a wide dynamic range. They only require 2.5 nl/s of air flow for a sensitivity of less than 0.1 Pascal. The implementation enables the creation of sensors with flow impedances in excess of 100,000 Pascal. Likewise, sensor systems can be implemented that use long hoses, dissimilar diameters with optional filtration, and no impact on calibration. Pricing starts under $10.
