The PromenADE suite of analog design elements features MOS devices, diodes, resisters and capacitors in addition to specialty devices, capacitors and diodes. Coupled with schematics symbols, simulation models, and layout representations, the suite is said to provide an enhanced level of design accuracy. Composed of devices that support the IBM 0.18 µm CMOS process, efficiency is improved by supporting schematics, symbols, physical cell layout views, and rule decks.
