Expanding the companyÕs line of handheld transmitters, the CMD-HHCP-XXX and the CMD-HHLR-XXX remote-command units come in a compact, rounded package that is smaller than other devices in the line. The CMD-HHCP-XXX features an internal line-planar antenna and a transmission range greater than 100 ft. The CMD-HHLR-XXX uses an external antenna and delivers a transmission range in excess of 250 ft. In addition to 418 MHz, both units are also available using frequency ranges of 315, 418 or 433.92 MHz. Operation is via a single 3V lithium cell, said to provide several years of use under normal operating conditions. Price is about $16 each in volume quantities.
