Poised for process-control and data-acquisition (DAQ) markets, the Ultra SlimPak II isolating signal-conditioning modules and limit alarms employ a smart-power feature that adjusts output voltage and power to meet output-power requirements of the load. Each module is configurable locally via switches to select the I/O range and features push-button calibration, a removable terminal block for installation, web-viewing support, and a power bus that allows users to mount up to 32 units. Signal-conditioning modules are available for dc current and voltage, RTD, thermocouple, potentiometer, strain gauge, and ac current, voltage, and frequency. They exhibit an accuracy of ±0.05% and a stability of ±100 ppm/°C. The limit-alarm modules are available for dc current and voltage, RTD, thermocouple, and ac current and voltage.
