Allowing users to integrate 802.11b wireless operability into their designs, the Airborne LAN node module includes a web server that permits drop-in LAN and Internet connectivity. The module includes a radio, baseband processor, application processor, and software. Exhibiting a small footprint, it is interoperable with industry-standard 802.11b and 802.11g access points and supports multiple serial interfaces that include UART, I2C, and SPI.
