Addressing the strict requirements for harsh-environment applications, the HE-1920 COTS LCD controllers feature a fully buffered multi-sync interface that provides analog and digital connections for a wide range of TFT LCD panels up to WUXGA resolutions. The controllers also provide full screen expansion of lower resolution images, an image flip and invert function, and on-screen picture-in-picture functions. Other features include an operating temperature range from -40°C to + 80°C, operation with wide-tolerance power supplies (±25%), low-mass tantalum capacitors for vibration and shock tolerance, a conformal coating, MTBF in excess of 100,000 hours, and support for analog RGB, composite, component DVI-D, NTSC/PAL, and S-Video formats.
