The latest version of SwitcherPro design software for dc/dc controller and converter power supply designs is now available as both a web-based tool and downloadable as the SwitcherPro Desktop application. The desktop application has all of the parts and power of the online version, however with a familiar desktop interface. Features of the desktop version include the ability to calculate efficiency, loop responses, and stress for all key components, customization of all components by selecting them from an integrated parts database, a full parts list on the bill of materials page, and the ability to explore changes in multiple parameters using the what-if analysis design calculator, share designs with other SwitcherPro users, and view and modify existing EVM designs.
