The USBPGF-S1 is a USB-controlled single-channel programmable signal conditioning instrumentation amplifier and low pass filter. It provides users with the ability to mix and match filter characteristics and independently select and program each module’s coupling (AC or DC), corner frequency, gain steps up to x1000 in either single-ended or differential measurements. Multiple USBPGF-S1 modules can operate on the same USB bus. Built-in intelligence lets the module configure itself from power-up with changeable but non-volatile data. Once configured, the USBPGF-S1 can operate without the USB connection for turn-key applications. Modules are compatible with all 12-, 16-, or 24-bit ADC devices. The USBPGF-S1 can be configured as an eight-pole Butterworth, Bessel, elliptic, or linear phase filter. A software package of menu-driven programs and drivers is included in the USBPGF-S1 package. The SystemViewUSBPGF-S1 software package includes a Windows application that lets user quickly program all parameters with a few mouse clicks. Configurations are automatically saved and recalled for fast setup and execution. The USBPGF-S1 is available from stock to three weeks ARO, and comes with a lifetime of free software updates.
