Designed for rugged military imaging operations, the SU320HX mil-hardened, un-cooled InGaAs shortwave infrared (SWIR) video camera operates in harsh environments under extremely rugged conditions and is built on the company’s KT camera platform. The camera also includes recently announced image enhancement functions for backward compatibility in existing applications. Additionally suited for surveillance applications and marine intelligence tasks, the SU320HX is reportedly smaller and lighter and consumes much less power than cooled mid-wave or long-wave infrared imagers and germanium-based IR cameras.
