1U Networking Platform Supports Core2 Processors

The PL-80230 1U networking platform employs Intel’s Core2 Duo, Core2 Quad, or more economical Pentium and Celeron processors. Two un-buffered and non-ECC DDR3 800/1066 MHz DIMM sockets support memory to 4GB. The unit features a 3.5" SATA HDD, support for CompactFlash, plus PCI Express x8 and one mini PCI socket and one PCI expansion slot. Other features include six GbE LAN ports, expandable to a maximum of 14 GbE Ethernet ports and all available on the front-panel, two USB 2.0 ports, one RJ-45 console port, and LED indicators that monitor power and storage device activities.
