12-bit 100-MHz DACs Consume Little Power

Nov. 4, 2011
The DAC-12100 series low power 12-bit current output DACs provide TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and a 100-MHz conversion rate.

The DAC-12100 series low power 12-bit current output DACs provide TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and a 100-MHz conversion rate. The component generates very little switching noise and its complementary current outputs from 0 to -20.48 mA can directly drive 50? loads. Dynamic performance, to Nyquist at fOUT of 2.02 MHz, provides a spurious free dynamic range specification of -85 dB. The DAC-12100 is available in a hermetically sealed 28-pin CLCC solder dipped leads package measuring 11.43 x 11.43 mm. DATEL INC., Mansfield, MA. (800) 233-2765.
