With Kontron’s CP-POCKET, OEMs and system integrators can leverage the ecosystem of 3U CompactPCI and define their dedicated wall-system system within minutes. The control cabinet computer integrates Kontron’s 3U CompactPCI CP3003-V, and features Intel’s Celeron 807UE processor with 1.0 GHz and its QM77 Platform Controller Hub. It’s accessible from the front without the need to remove the enclosure. Included is 1 Mbyte of smart cache and up to 4 Gbytes of DDR3 SDRAM with up to 1333 MHz guaranteed high data throughput. The front panel of the double-slot (8HP) CP3003-V contains one VGA and two DisplayPort interfaces. Ports include USB 3.0 (1), USB 2.0 (2), and serial (1). Three Gigabit Ethernet ports enable horizontal and vertical integration in automation networks. Optional storage media such as a CFast module and one 2.5-inch HDD/SSD can be integrated on-board with the need for an expansion slot. The CP-POCKET supports Linux, Microsoft Windows 7, and Windows Embedded Standard 7.
