With Swissbit’s PS 100u line of flash-memory cards, users can create highly secure solutions in a micro SD form factor. The secure micro SD storage family consists of three versions that suit public-key infrastructure (PKI), voice-encryption, and contactless applications. The PS-100u SE, which is supported by a number of middleware mobile, desktop, an tablet vendors, fits best into authentication and PKI use cases. The Voice Edition PS-100u VE offers elliptic curve cryptography, suiting online key and certificate exchange in high-performance secure voice solutions. The contactless PS-100u CL card can connect with an external antenna and communicate via ISO 14443 contactless protocol with all near-field communication (NFC) smartphones for wallet, payment, ePurse, and banking applications. The cards come with a CC EAL 5+ smart-card chip with a CC EAL 5+ certified Java Card OS. They support Windows 7/8/Vista/XP, Android, and Blackberry. Both 4- and 8-Gbyte storage densities (in class 10) are available.
