With a MIL-SPEC temperature rating, the QL1P1000, a member of the PolarPro family of programmable platforms, is now available in production volumes. The PolarPro family addresses the interconnect and system logic requirements of power sensitive and portable applications and offers a range of platforms with logic densities of up to one-million gates, varying amounts of customizable building blocks, embedded SRAM, and advanced clock management. It also lays claim to being the industry’s lowest-power configurable technology. The QL1P1000 supports the full MIL-SPEC temperature range of -55ºC to +125 Cº and addresses the shock and vibration requirements of military and avionics applications via robust packaging. The platform is non-volatile, eliminating the need for external configuration memory, and reading is impossible after programming. For more details, call QUICKLOGIC CORP., Sunnyvale, CA.
