The IS62WV51216ALL, IS62WV51216BLL, IS62-WV10008ALL, and IS62WV10008BLL asynchronous SRAM family has an operating voltage range from 1.6V to 3.6V. The 512K x 16 and 1M x 8 configurations target next generation cellular phones and portable applications, and the 1.8V SRAM can be used in conjunction with1.8V Flash memory. These 8 Mb devices are available in speeds of 45, 55 and 70 ns and provide typical standby and operating currents of 10 µA and 15 mA, respectively. Additional features include data control for upper and lower bytes, an industrial temperature range, and 0.15 µm technology.
