Compatible with the standard 5V products, this family of single 5V flash devices ranges from 1-Mbit through 16-Mbit densities. Offered in x8, x16 and switchable organizations, they feature sector architecture and are provided in top- or bottom-boot or equal-sector configurations. The 1-Mbit devices feature access times of 45 ns, and the 2-Mbit and 4-Mbit parts have times of 70 ns. The x8 units are packaged in 32-pin DIPs, PLCCs, and TSOPs and the x16 units come in 48-pin TSOPs or 44-pin SOPs.
