Designed for high-reliability applications, the 32-bit, 2.5V WEDPZ512K72S-XBX and 3.3V WEDPZ512K72-XBX multi-chip package SSRAMs are said to have the industry's highest density in a single package. Both packages provide 512K x 72 bit no bus latency (NBL) SSRAM, integrating two 512K x 36 SRAMS into a single 17 mm x 23 mm, 152-ball BGA. They are available in speed ranges from 100 MHz to 150 MHz.
