18-Mbit Sync SRAMs Debut

The company's pipelined and flowthrough versions of NoBL (No Bus Latency) and standard synchronous SRAMs are now available in 1,024K x 18 and 512K x 36 configurations. These 18-Mbit devices target a broad range of networking and telecom segments, including wireless infrastructure, wide area networks and storage array networks. Offered at 3.3V and 2.5V, these 0.15-micron devices feature high-density, low operating power and fast data transfer. The 2.5V versions address the trend towared lower operating voltages and are suited for interfacing with the 2.5V ASIC devices used in the networking systems currently under development. The flowthrough versions of these devices support bus speeds up to 115 MHz, while the pipelined versions support up to 200 MHz.
