PUMA68 products are Available in JEDEC standard 68-pin JLCC packages, PUMA68 modules are footprint-compatible with the well-established ceramic PUMA67 product line. PUMA68S16000 (512K x 32 SRAM) and PUMA68F16006 (512K x 32 flash) memories can be supplied fully tested to military temperature or industrial temperature specs. The PUMA68S160000 is available with access times of 20 to 35 ns. The PUMA68F16006 provides a 5V program/erase feature and is available with access times of 80 to 150 ns. Both devices can be user configured as 8, 16 or 32 bits wide memories.
