Operating from a 1.8V supply, the company's Mobile-RAM promises to extend battery life through reductions in power consumption by up to 80% compared to conventional SDRAM. The devices are available in 128 and 256 Mb densities and integrate a temperature sensor that independently adapts the refresh rate to the actual junction temperature of the chip without relying on CPU power.
