The device provides a data-transfer rate up to 80 MHz, allowing it to support movie playback at 30 fps at 352 x 288 pixels. Other features include an operating voltage from 1.7V to 1.9V, a bit configuration of x16, normal access time of 85 ns, page mode access time of 20 ns, and a read current of 19 mA.
