It operates on a single 3.3V power supply and is available in clock speeds of 143 Mhz, 166 Mhz, and 200 Mhz. Features include programmable CAS latency and programmable burst lengths, auto and controlled precharge, auto- and self-refresh modes, burst termination by burst top, and precharge command.
