A new series of JEDEC-standard flash memory modules is being offered in a range of voltages and speeds. The devices are configured as 80-pin SIMM modules with two organizations: 1M x 32 and 2M x 32. Both use standard programming timing and voltage.

A new series of JEDEC-standard flash memory modules is being offered in a range of voltages and speeds. The devices are configured as 80-pin SIMM modules with two organizations: 1M x 32 and 2M x 32. Both use standard programming timing and voltage. Speed options are 70 ns, 80 ns, 90 ns, 120 ns and 150 ns with a single power supply ranging from 1.8V to 5V. Measuring only 4.650" x 0.725", the modules fit into a standard 80-pin socket and can be configured as a leaded ZIP.
