The IS61SP12832 128K x 32-bit and IS61SP12836 128K x 36-bit SRAM devices are claimed as having the lowest operating current in the industry. Designed for use in a wide range of networking and telecom applications, these 200-MHz devices offer access times as fast as 3 ns. Both devices come in 119-ball PBGAs priced at $21.95 each/10,000 and 100-pin TQFP packages priced at $19.95 each/10000.
