Specifying an operational temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, the company's extended-temp nvSRAM debuts in low-cost plastic packages to support the needs of industrial, automotive, and military markets. The STK14C88-NF35U is a 256 Kb (32K x 8) device in a 32-pin, plastic surface-mount package. Features include an access time of 35 ns, endurance of 100,000 read-write cycles, and a retention span for stored data of 10 years at +125°C. Target applications include outdoor data logging (railroad, oilfield, and outdoor factory equipment), traffic control and monitoring, plus portable industrial and military equipment.
