Specifications are 2.7V read and 12V program voltages, 90- or 120-ns access speeds, 10-µs/byte write and 100 ms erase speeds, at least 1000 cycles endurance, 100 years data retention, and standard 32-pin PDIP, PLCC, TSOP.
