With capacities of 16MB, 32MB, 64MB or 128MB, this SDRAM family is available as 168-pin x72 ECC or x64 Non-ECC modules. This fully compliant PC100 product line is designed to accommodate memory performance scaling with today's increased processor speeds. The Intel PC100 architecture is designed to relieve memory throughput bottlenecks and yield improved performance. All of the modules are tested and qualified in 100-MHz systems.
