1-Gbyte Memory Module Meets PC-100 Specifications

Gigabyte capacity in memory has been reached with the introduction of a PC-100 SDRAM Registered DIMM. Comprised of 256-Mbit SDRAMs, the module meets the Intel PC-100 Registered DIMM spec revision 1.1. To effectively produce the modules, the firm combines industry-standard semiconductors with its IC Power chip-stacking technology, which allows devices to be stacked together in the same footprint to act as a single device.
