A series of flash and SRAM memories are targeted at automotive applications. The M58BW016xx series includes four versions of a 16-Mb, 56-MHz, zero-wait-state burst-mode flash memory chip with an advanced 32-bit data bus architecture. The devices feature low-voltage operation and a wide operating temperature range of -40¡ to 125¡. The M616Z08 is a 128 Kb dedicated automotive SRAM with a 16-bit data bus architecture designed to complement the M58BW016xx and low-voltage microcontrollers in any automotive design.
