Available in x8 and x16 configurations, the device typically consumes just 0.5 mA of active current and 2 µA of standby current, making it suitable for numerous battery-powered applications. In terms of durability, the serial EEPROM features an endurance of one-million cycles per byte and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
