Targeting high-volume applications in supply chain management, e-commerce, and access control, the LRI64 64-bit, one-time-programmable memory complies with the ISO 15693 standard for 13.56 MHz contactless products and supports the ISO anti-collision mechanism. The device is organized as 16 blocks of eight bits, of which the first eight rows contain the 64 read-only unique identification (UID) bits. It enters operation mode only when the UID is completely programmed and includes an integrated tuning capacitor and kill command.
