The WV3EG232M64EFSU-D4 is a 2 x 32M x 64 double data-rate (DDR)SDRAM unbuffered memory module based on 256 MB SDRAM components. It consists of sixteen 32 MB x 8 DDR SDRAMs in a fine ball-grid array package mounted on a 200-pin FR4 substrate (JEDEC standard) small outline SO-DIMM package. Data transfer rate is PC-2100 and PC-2700 with two data transfers per cycle at clock speeds of 133 and 166 MHz. Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of a system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges and programmable burst lengths (2, 4 or 8) allows the same device to be used for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory applications.
