Aeroflex Expands FLASH Offerings

Enlarging the company’s QCOTS family, the UT8QNF8M8 64-Mbit NOR Flash rad-tolerant memory is organized as 8Mx8 or 4Mx16 and provides a capacity large enough to hold a typical application program/kernel. Operating from a supply voltage of 3.3V for both read and write functions, operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C.  The device is designed to be programmed in-system and can also be programmed in standard PROM programmers.
