Touting low on-resistance combined with notable flatness and matching, the AS1746 single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) low-voltage dual analog switch features a maximum on-resistance of 0.5Ω for the normally-closed line and a maximum of 0.6Ω for the normally-opened line over the full temperature range. It specifies a channel-to-channel matching of less then 0.06Ω, reducing the amount of signal deviations between switch channels to a minimum, and an on-resistance flatness of 0.15Ω. Together, this keeps THD+N to within 0.025%. Other features include a bandwidth of 160 MHz, leakage current of 1 nA, supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, and 1.8V CMOS-compatible inputs. The AS1746 is available in a 10-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm TDFN and a 10-bump WL-CSP package, both suitable for operating temperatures ranging from –40°C to +85°C. AUSTRIAMICROSYSTEMS USA INC., Raleigh, NC.
