The ISL54200 USB 2.0 high-/full-speed multiplexer supports a wider supply voltage range (2.7V to 5.5V), higher bandwidth, and better insertion loss characteristics than similar devices. The chip has the ability to switch between data sources traveling at different speeds and at varied signal levels, and to output them through a common connector, thereby reducing the number of required interfaces. It specifies an 800-MHz bandwidth and requires 80 nA of quiescent current. Available in a 10-lead TQFN package on tape-and-reel in quantities of 100 to1,000, price starts at $1.05 each.
